A weird-looking man with no skin on his head was caught, when he was trying to steal equipment from a truck in Florida, USA.
The owner of the truck was the first who spotted Tommie Bennett breaking into the vehicle and trying to flee with a stolen tackle box, tent and fishing pole on his bicycle.
However, the trucker chased the 62-year-old thief, managed to detain and tie him up with wire before calling the police. A subsequent police inspection also revealed an unspecified number of unprescribed viagra pills in his pockets.

Bennett’s mugshot became viral after someone suggested that he had been allegedly injuried by the officers during the arrest. Putnam County Sheriff’s Office explained the absence of a scalp on the man’s head by a rare skin condition.

Bennett has been charged with burglary of a conveyance, larceny and possession of a drug without a prescription. He is currently held in custody.
